A note about shipping charges: My shipping charges are not designed as an additional profit center.  Unfortunately that seems to be the case with many, many  other sellers on the internet.  The cost of shipping includes the postage, packaging and handling.  I think you'll find my shipping charges much more reasonable than most you'll find on the web. 

99.99 % of the time I ship the next business day after I receive your order.   

Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday using the U.S. Postal Service.

Orders received after  9 a.m Eastern Standard Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that orders of under $200 are insured but do not require a signature for delivery.

You can give me that shipping address in the "Special Instructions" of your order form.

For your order to be approved by your credit card company,  the ship to address and the billing address must be the same on your order form - That is why an alternate shipping address should be included in the "Special Instructions" section of your order form

Purchases for less than $200 are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail, insured from our office in Maryland.

Please note that because your order for under $200 is normally shipped by First Class Mail, insured,  in a 6 1/2 by 9 1/2 envelope that's about a half inch thick -  it travels slower through the Postal system  than a #10 envelope. Being insured also seems to slow  it down.  

Average delivery time seems to be between 3 and 5 BUSINESS days - BUT sometimes there is a glitch in the U.S. Postal system and it takes longer.  I've had packages make it to New York City from Maryland in 2 days, but a couple have taken as long as 10 days.

If you do not receive your order within  5 BUSINESS* days after you place it, please let me know.

* Business days for the USPS excludes all holidays and I tend to think weekends for the USPS.  And please take into consideration that I ship the next business day after I receive your order.

I am sorry, but because it is too complicated for my shopping cart, RUSH Delivery by USPS Express Mail is not available for watch cases.

Priority Mail Shipping

 To upgrade shipping for orders under $100 to USPS Priority mail please click on the Upgrade Shipping  "Add To Cart"  button on the bottom of order pages.  The additional charge for Priority Mail shipping is $5.00

This is in addition to the regular First Class Mail, insured,  shipping charges shown on your order form.

Please note that Priority Mail shipping is no guarantee that your order will arrive any faster than regular First Class Mail - that was the case when Priority Mail was first introduced year ago - but no longer.  Yes, sometimes Priority Mail is quicker - but I've also seen Priority Mail take 5 BUSINESS days to go from Maryland to California and 7 BUSINESS days to go from Maryland to Powell, Tennessee.

Rush Orders

Rush delivery is not available for watch winders or watch cases. 

If you would like your order shipped via USPS Express Mail - please select "Rush Order" as you complete your purchase in the shopping cart system and your order will be sent via USPS Express Mail, insured.  

For a "Rush Order"  there is an additional charge of $17.95 for the USPS Express Mail delivery service.  This is in addition to the regular shipping charges applied in the shopping cart.

On Rush Orders received before noon Eastern Time, I will most likely ship them that day.  And if that is not possible, they will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping information for International orders.

Although I am pleased to accept orders from outside the U.S. via e-mail, my online shopping cart will not process orders from outside the U.S.  I've noted this on my home page -- but a lot of folks seem to miss it.

The primary reason I cannot make my shopping cart automatically process orders from outside the U.S. is the fact  that it is illegal for anyone to export any watch straps from the U.S. that are made with exotic leathers such as Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard, Ostrich, Buffalo, Shark - without a special permit.  Obtaining that permit that takes as long as 6 months to obtain and costs about $150 for 1 watchstrap or 1000.

Special considerations

Among those are your country's Customs Duties and Regulations -- and I do have to affix a Customs Label showing the contents of the package and their value.

Just as important is the fact that there is no cost effective way to insure low cost items.
