The primary reason I cannot have my shopping cart automatically process orders from outside the U.S. is the fact that it is illegal for anyone to export any watch straps from the U.S. that are made with exotic leathers - Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard, Buffalo, Shark - without a special permit. Obtaining that permit takes as long as 6 months to obtain and costs about $150 for 1 watchstrap or 1000.
