Turns per day (TPD) and the direction of the turns are critically important to winding watches properly. RHD watch winders are designed to provide both the right number of turns per day (TPD) and the direction of turn for your watch. Your watch is rests on a soft foam cushion - it actually feels like memory foam. The microprocessor controlled motor rotates the watch 360 degrees and then pauses until the next cycle.
